Manager Operations
(Catering & Hospitality – Qatar)
Responsibilities: Overall daily catering & hospitality operations. Oversight of all operations staff. Clients’ contract compliance & their satisfaction. Control supply chain for food, beverages, and non-food items. Plan transportation, distribution and fleet readiness. Strictly control costs & operational efficiency. Oversee stores’ inventory and site assets. Supervise food safety, hygiene & HSE standards. Prepare operational reports for management.
Education: Degree in Hospitality/Business or related field. Prior GCC experience in catering. Knowledge of Qatar regulatory & food safety standards. Communication (English essential; Arabic advantage). Valid Driving License.
