Site Supervisor is primarily responsible for the respective sites to organize all the required things for collecting sewage water to make sure that the sites are not overflown.
Make sure that on each occasion – at the time of collection of sewage water – the delivery notes from respective Driver has been signed and stamped.
Make sure that the delivery notes should contain, name of the Driver, vehicle number and site number or location name.
Make sure that the delivery notes is handed over to the immediate Supervisor at end of the day on a daily basis.
When a vehicle is arriving at the site for collecting sewage water, the Site Supervisor has to make sure that the vehicle is empty by asking the Driver to open the draining tap and lifting the balloon.
Make sure that the vehicle is fully loaded by checking the water level. If any complaint arises that the respective Site Supervisor is not present in the allotted site to supervise the collection of sewage water; then warning letter to be issued to the Site Supervisor with salary deduction.
The Delivery notes are signed and stamped with same date, hour and minute. All delivery notes are delivered to the immediate supervisor at end of the day on a daily basis for delivering the same to Finance Department on very next day.
To coordinate with Garage for reporting any vehicle breakdown on time. To coordinate with Gasoline Supervisor on a daily basis to keep the accounts of number of vehicles to be filled with gasoline.
Check all the allotted sites and make sure that sewage water is not overflown. Make sure that the vehicles are kept neat and clean by the drivers.
Make sure that allotted drives are taking trips only from the respective sites and if not report the same without fail to Operation Manager.
Supervise all the Drivers at allotted sites and make sure that they are working with honesty and integrity. If any malpractices regarding the trips should immediately inform to Operation Manager Make sure that all the allotted Drivers are adhering safety and if not, report the same to HR.
Report Drivers absenteeism to HR and Finance Department on a daily basis. Update Operation Manager on a day to day basis with all the relevant reports and site movements.
