We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager (Aftermarket Automotive Spare Parts) to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and
innovative.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
• To achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and building the sales team.
• To design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong
presence.
• To introduce new related products to the local market.
• To establish and adjust selling prices in coordination with management by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• To complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
• To own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• To build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Requirements
• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience in after-market automotive spare parts is a MUST, at least with 8 to 10 years of experience as a sales manager.
He/she must have a generic automotive experience in spare parts, not limited/confined to one automotive brand.
• Local experience in Qatar market is preferred.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
