AAIWA is looking for a highly skilled business head who will join our team to ensure sustained profitable growth through best-in-class customer service.

The business head will be solely responsible for setting up and executing a self-sustaining business environment that comprises digital marketing, customer support, and revenue management including budget adherence, business communication and presentation of the business health to the business leaders and investors.

Managing Director

Key Result Areas

Set up operations, implement and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
Design operational programs that produce organizational objectives
Work with teams and associates to develop long-term strategic initiatives
Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development, maintaining a forecast, and targeting a sales attainment plan
Drive annual marketing goals
Identify third-party associates
Set objective and deliverable for third party associates and internal team members
Set up team and business processes, including marketing, sales, and customer support
Develop professional partnership
Identify and coordinate with third-party associates who offer services on social media management, content writing, graphic designing, and website development
Identify training gaps and organize contextual training programs for the third party associates and professional service providers
Supervise and support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations
Identify appropriate partners
Monitor customer service levels
Get feedback from service providers and consumers to design corrective actions
Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of the company / division
Provide appropriate data analytics of marketing, sales, and partners to the appropriate management teams
Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field

5-7 years of proven experience in business and strategy development processes with at least 3 years in the role of a business manager or relevant managerial role in similar online business platforms

Skills

Outstanding poise in a fast-paced digital business environment

Experience in setting up and running an online digital business platform

Experience in strategizing, setting up, devising and managing digital marketing strategies, database management, and information systems applications

Operational excellence

Customer relationship building, coaching and development of employees, partners, and associates
