Master’s degree in Digital Humanity, Digital Skills, Digital Inclusion and/or Cyber Safety fields with a special focus on project management
• PMP certification is preferred
• Quality Management certification is preferred.
• Bilingual – English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• Min. 10 years of experience in managing projects over 10 million QAR under multi-stakeholder initiatives, experience working with government stakeholders and with Digital Adoption/Digital Skills/Cyber Safety programs.
• Experience in managing project teams of min. 20 members
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholder groups
