Urgently required: Temporary Contract
– Team Lead (Salary QR7,500-9,000) Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
– Shift Officer (Salary QR6,000-7,500) Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
– TRANSPORTATION, LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
– Review and screen all data submitted by supervisors, for accuracy and prepare all reports required for review by the Operations Manager.
– Provide accurate records are kept of daily performance of entire group of drivers and shift officers to ensure proper coordination of vehicles’ assignment or arrangement.
– Maintain and Implement disciplinary proceedings against subordinates for non-compliance of rules and regulations
– Collate all details of the daily operational matters and submit to the team leader for the preparation of the daily, weekly and monthly reports and private bookings.
– Report all abnormalities that may affect the operations to the team leader so as to apply remedial measures and avoid complaints.
– Conducts bus checks and inspections to ensure that all damages/defects of buses are recorded and sent to MTS for repair.
