Accountant( F&B)

Black Stone Management, one of the leading restaurant establishment, has an excellent and immediate opening for the position of Accountant( F&B). The Food & Beverage Accountant performs accounting activities at the facility and assists the Manager of Accounting creating food & beverage settlements and financials for multiple internal businesses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Assists in the development and implementation of facility goals and priorities relating to financial management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, payroll and various management report in compliance with Qatar labor law and Black Stone policies and procedures.

· Monitors and projects daily cash flow; reviews and executes all checks and deposits for F&B events and reviews daily cash receipts and disbursements.

· Reviews all purchasing of capital assets, office supplies and facility supplies.

· Prepares, performs, or assists with event settlements.

· Assists as directed on system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.

· Assists as directed developing and implementing all financial reporting.

· Assists to monthly and annual financial statements.

· Installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.

· Maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, operating expenses, and insurance records.

· Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.

· Works flexible and extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.

· Performs other duties as assigned.
