About Your Job

The Technical Document Controller will provide technical archiving and data management support to the function of Maintenance Integration across HIA. They will effectively and efficiently assess asset management data submissions as part of projects in compliance with the asset management system standards, and action where required.

Accountabilities:

Act as the primary point of direct contact and liaison with other offices, individual, and external stakeholders and agencies on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, through regular communications and engagement to support maintenance integration requirements.
Support the development of technical data archiving policies and procedures to ensure ease of availability of maintenance integration and maintenance data records and information.
Provide document control support to the issuance, technical review, receipt and filing of shop drawings, Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings and As-Built drawings, to ensure appropriate change management and document data integrity.
Support on going enhancements to the HIA asset management system by performing regular reviews and providing governance support such as; codification of documentation, periodic reviews of data requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, to maintain overall integrity and capability.

About You:Essential

Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification in Engineering or facilities management discipline
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Experience handling technical documentation such as As-Built drawings
Ability to work in a cross culture environment.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Preferred

Experience as a document controller or in a technical related field
Certificate in Computer applications – MS office (Word, Excel, Power point, Access).
Certificate in Engineering or facilities management discipline
