About Your Job

You will be part of the IT Project team responsible for managing business requirements and ensuring that the IT solutions meet the stated business objectives. You will be involved in requirements gathering, analysis, documenting functional & interfaces specifications, non-functional requirements, preparing test scenarios and test cases, executing system tests, support business user acceptance tests, support business roll-out and provide post go-live 1st level system support.

You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes and new system requirements for assigned business areas. You will develop a process in line with company policies to support third party and in-house developed systems, demonstrate adherence to the process and ensure compliance to the agreed SLAs.

Role and Responsibilities:

Investigate and analyze business operational requirements, identify problems and opportunities.
Capture and document business requirements in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
Support business units in preparation of business cases for automation, and support procurement processes
Work with external vendors for various delivery related to IT applications.
Work along-side with other IT teams to deliver solutions that meet the business needs.
Analyze and document the business requirements, system interface specifications and non-functional requirements, strictly following the guidelines and templates.
Conduct domain and requirements training sessions for the software delivery teams.
Manage interactions with external / internal IT teams for designing and documenting the system interfaces.
Identify and document test scenarios, test data and test case.
Contributes to selection of the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the context of a specific change initiative, ensuring traceability back to source.
Analyze and document business process models (as is and to be) using techniques such as UML modelling and tools.
Conduct system integration tests, manage feedback and sign-off by concerned stakeholders.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, support end user training and preparation of user manual.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the IT Manager

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of job related experience
Experience in inflight catering domain shall be preferred
Experience in ERP and/or F&B will be an advantage.
Expertise in analysis, design & documentation of efficient processes.
Experience in coordinating with business users for requirements gathering and high level solution definition for system requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with Multi – Cultural environment
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
