· Ensure smooth operations and proper maintenance of MEP and Building services. E.g. replacement of bulbs, troubleshooting of electrical circuit problems, replacement of plumbing defects and making good of leaks.
· Provide front line support and troubleshooting in the event of failure of MEP and Building services.
· Carry-out maintenance works in accordance to maintenance schedule.
· Assist to monitor contractors in carrying-out regular servicing/repairs/ad hoc works at any point in time.
· Assist to manage the storage and usage of maintenance spares.
· Provide feedback and recommendation to Foreman on operational and maintenance requirements.
· Assist to undertake periodic engineering and technical audit on MEP and Building services.
· Keep proper record and attend to complaints pertaining to the property.
· Assist to maintain and upkeep all documents, records, reports of the property
· Assist in carrying out rectification works (corrective/preventive) (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Mechanical).
· Assist in completing the daily checklists. (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly checklists)
· Report to MEP Supervisor on the daily activities.
· Assist sub-contractors on engineering needs that provide for the sub-contractors services at Site. E.g. Irrigation, water softeners.
· Assist in carrying out minor works.
· Help MEP Supervisor to maintain current stocks and equipment in the stores.
