Urgent hiring for HR-Admin
>Coordinate office activities and operations
>Liaise with relevant organizations, departments and/or clients as needed
>Prepare necessary support documents for the PRO to be able to renew and process the required official documents of company, work permits, IDs, etc.
>Perform tasks relating to recruitment, employee services and staff concerns
>Provide periodic reports relating to HR functions
>Maintain and update employees directory list and client contact list
>Maintain calendar of weddings/events as per company rules and regulations
>Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Managing Director
>Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
>Proficient in Microsoft Office for office documentation
>Good written and verbal communication skills
>Can work 2 shifts – 9am – 1pm and 4pm – 9pm
