As an Oracle Developer with experience working on modules or products related to HR, Payroll,
Attendance, Self-Service etc. The job would be related to working on In-House HR Applications (including, Manpower, Payroll, Attendance, Self-Service etc) maintenance, and new forms/reports development based on user requirements.
• Work closely with analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop new processes to cover business requirements through PL/SQL.
• Develop new Oracle Forms in Self-Service to integrate the processes with HR for automation like (leave requests, Business Trip requests, manpower requests etc.)
• Develop Oracle reports involving data from multiple Modules.
• Debugging issues, identifying root causes, and resolving issues effectively.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with users, internal management, and team members.
• Handle projects individually when necessary and make sure the deliverables are successfully deployed.
What you bring:
• Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle technical skills SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports etc.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Oracle Developer
• Experience in developing complex technical components.
• Experience developing new and customizing existing Oracle Forms/reports at proficient levels.
Added bonus if you have:
• Knowledge or exposure to the HR module is a plus.
• Knowledge or exposure to Oracle EBS is a plus.
