We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Project sales coordinator to join one of our client company. In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team.
Responsibilities
● Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
● Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
● Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
● Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
● Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
● Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
● Continually analyse the sales process to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
● Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Requirements
Preferred:
● Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
● Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
● Experience setting ladders and climbing roofs
Required:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
● 2 + years of sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials
● Experience in retail sector.
