We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
– Create highly detailed 3D models and renderings of architectural designs, interior spaces, products, and environments.
– Produce photorealistic visuals using industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, or similar tools.
– Develop animations and walkthroughs to showcase design concepts and spatial arrangements.
– Ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications throughout the visualization process.
– Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
– Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance visualization capabilities.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
– Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
– Expertise in using software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
– Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience in architectural visualization or real estate marketing is a plus.
