A beverages manufacturing factory in Doha Qatar is looking for QS with FMCG Experience.
Pref candidate with work experience in Cola, carbonated or soft drink industry.
Job Description
•pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a production.
•tracking changes to the design and/or production work and adjusting budget projections in line with these.
•selecting and/or sourcing production, raw materials.
•sourcing contractors and/or subcontractors to work on the production stage of the project.
•measuring and valuing the work done on production
•dealing with financial and legal problems.
•paying subcontractors.
•liaising with the client and other production team professionals, such as GM, Sales team, Dispatch team, production team
Candidate Requirements
03+ years • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Construction company. • Good Knowledge about Building Surveying. • Able to do Site Quantity Measurement practice and Drawing. • Able to do the Calculation of Material use on site as per the actual work done quantity • Certified Quantity Surveyor • Qatar driving license is an added benefit. • Strong team-building ability • Fluent in written and spoken English. • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills • Client-centric approach. • Ability to work with a multicultural workforce • Time flexibility to ensure work schedule compliance • Travel is accordance with company requirements
