Admin and Accounts Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Admin and Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our administrative and accounting functions to ensure smooth operations and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and coordinating office supplies.

·         Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining financial records.

·         Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

·         Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing payments and maintaining vendor and customer records.

·         Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes, including preparing financial reports and assisting with audit preparation.

·         Assist with payroll processing, including maintaining employee records, calculating and verifying timekeeping records, and preparing payroll reports.

·         Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities, as needed.

·         Support general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

·         Graduate with bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

·         Prior experience in administrative and/or accounting roles is preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and accounting software.

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.

·         Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

·         Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

·         Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

·         Team player with a willingness to collaborate and work effectively with others.
