Our reputed Clinic is looking for FEMALE (Philippine Nationality) candidate for Admin Secretary.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Provide day to day support of HR and administrative functions
Basic HR and admin duties such as – prepare monthly payroll, filling, update
records.
*Supporting employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication between
HR and various teams.
*Preparing HR documents like contracts, policies, and handbooks.
*Updating and maintaining accurate employee records – annual leave, medical
leave, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*With relevant experience
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
*Able to interact and communicate with all level of staff
*Must be strong and able to work independently
*Transferable visa
*Can start 1st November
