Description

HR Generalist Role – Recruitment, Selection and Resource Planning- Manage the recruitment needs for all divisions, Provide expert resourcing and selection advise to line managers, Ensuring diversity, Compile and maintain effective job descriptions.
• On/Off- boarding and Induction -Facilitate the on boarding of new hires, ensuring a positive and smooth experience
Liaise with PRO in all matters regarding immigration and mobilization requirements.
Fully manage the induction process, updating and distributing induction material, ensuring new starters are fully informed of Company policies
Manage the off boarding process-conduct exit interviews and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.

Pay Roll Skills – Min 3 Yrs experience in Pay-Roll preparation of around 500+ employees with any ERP Back ground. Should have hands on experience in Preparation of Leave Settlements, EOS Calculations, Termination Process etc. Well aware of Qatar Labor Law. Work closely with Group HR Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.

Gross salary Package of Qrs.4,000/- P.M
