A Leading Facility Management company in Qatar is looking for MEP Manager /Sr. Mechanical Engineer for their newly awarded stadium project. The Candidate should be able to:
– Overall in-charge of all MEP and ELV works.
– Review all submittals (includes design, specification, method statements, materials, drawings, costing etc.) and verify accuracy of shop/ IFC drawings and their compliance to the scope, specifications, consultant’s design, international standards and existing local statutory regulations authority standard.
– Liaise with local authorities/government bodies wherever necessary.
– To provide technical advice to the designer, supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding installation, inspection, testing & Commissioning and finally maintenance of MEP + ELV Systems
– To identify issues in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects
– To prepare and deliver effective Technical presentations whenever required
Gross salary Package of Qrs.20,000/- P.M

Skills & Experience
With minimum 5yrs of similar work experience in GCC Working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and ELV systems is mandatory Should be familiar with Qatar Construction standards (QCS), Kahramaa, QCD and all other international standards that are applicable (ex. NFPA, EN etc.) Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
