Al Wakeel Group is looking for a well experienced HR Manager
To oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Experience in Roads & Infrastructure Construction Industry is preferred
Candidate should have 5 years’ experience as HR Manager
Qualification
Attested Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Skills & Knowledge
Lead & directs HR dept: hiring & interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, leave & enforcing company policies/practices,
employee welfare & accommodation, & liaison with government agencies.
Handle discipline & termination of employees in accordance with company policy & Qatar law.
Execute AWG HR & talent strategy as it relates to current & future needs, recruiting, retention, succession planning.
Provides support & guidance to HR dept, management & other AWG staff.
Manages talent acquisition process, recruitment, interviewing, hiring of qualified job applicants, collaborates with dept, managers to understand skills & competencies required.
Analyses trends in compensation & benefits researches & proposes competitive base & incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts & retains top talent at optimal cost.
Oversees allegations of wrongdoing, disciplinary meetings, terminations & investigations.
Maintain compliance with Qatar employment laws & regulations, recommends best practices, review policies & practices to maintain compliance. Liaises with government department as required.
Performs other duties as assigned by management
