Requirements and Responsibilities

·  Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure, hardware, and software utilized for the organization’s website.

·  Monitors web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues.

· Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure that the site provides content and functionality that meet the business needs of the organization.

·  Maintains appropriate security and troubleshoots any issues.

·  Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

·  Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

· Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

· Setting up accounts for new users

· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

· Testing new technology

Skills Required:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computing or Engineering. · A technical, logical thought process · Problem-solving skills · An ability to stick to strict deadlines · An ability to priorities and delegate · A keen eye for detail
