·         Organize and distribute messages to the appropriate team members.

·         Maintain confidential information,file and store them accordingly.

·         Implement and develop office procedure.

·         Documents expenses and financial information.

·         File and update contact information of clients,employees,supplier and partners.

·         Assist with booking,presentations,reports emails and mails.

·         Manage current agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.

·         Make travel arrangements.

·         Order and maintain office supplies.

·         Manage database entry and client files.

·         Develop and maintain a filing system.

·         Prepare and distribute correspond memos and forms.

·         Book meetings rooms,arrange conference calls,take messages and minutes during meeting.

·         Answer phones and respond to emails.

·         Greet visitors and undertake general receptionist duties when required.
