HR Recruitment Manager must perform various tasks to assist with the daily operations of a company’s human resources department.
Job description / Role
• Setting up interviews, new hire process, explain company policies, benefits, job duties and maintaining files for all employees.
• Supervise and oversee Recruitment activities based on approved manpower acquisitions.
• Resolving employee issues and advising them on internal policy & procedures requirements. Provide input into an action plan to address areas of improvement.
• Assist in investigation of and response to issues, inquiries and complaints as they arise to ensure appropriate action and resolution in line with Company discipline and grievance procedures.
• Facilitate Company demobilization process and outgoing exit interviews as required.
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ Years of experience with at least 5 years in a similar position in the QATAR/Gulf region.
• Knowledgeable in WPS / Payroll and Qatar Labor Law practices.
• Experience in creating and implementing Human Resources policies, manuals, organizational structures, and manpower planning.
• Strong personality. Should be highly flexible & adaptable and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce
• Past Construction / Manpower experience will be a plus.
