We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Development Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using modern development frameworks.
Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and IT infrastructure teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing timely support and solutions.
required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in application development, preferably in enterprise environments.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, or similar.
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React).
Knowledge of databases and SQL, including performance tuning and query optimization.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
