EA Drive and Dissemination
Establishing and maintaining relationships across business and
IT stakeholders
Communication of EA practice contribution and relevance to a
digitizing bank
Identifying and promoting EA-driven means of accelerating
transformation and improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related
discipline
Masters or MBA preferred
Minimum of five years business technology
experience
Minimum of two years banking experience
Conversant across a spectrum of bank strategies,
services, processes and technologies
EA certification in TOGAF or similar framework
Demonstrated experience in similar EA roles
Experienced in using EA tools such as ABACUS
Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
skills
Ability to think strategically and execute in detail
Effective leadership skills and ability to drive decisions
Analytical thinker and problem solver
