*Job Summary:*
As a Sales Specialist at Artistic Solutions, you will leverage your educational experience to connect with schools, districts, and educational organizations. Your primary goal will be to promote our AI, VR, and AR solutions, demonstrating how they can transform the educational landscape.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– *Client Engagement:* Build and maintain relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers in the educational sector.
– *Product Demonstrations:* Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our AI and VR/AR products to showcase their benefits and applications in classrooms.
– *Needs Assessment:* Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions that meet their educational goals.
– *Sales Strategy Development:* Work with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach, lead generation, and market penetration in the educational field.
– *Market Research:* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to effectively position our products.
– *Feedback Loop:* Provide insights from clients to the product development team to help shape future offerings.
– *Sales Reporting:* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.
*Qualifications:*
– *Educational Background:* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
– *Experience:* Prior experience in teaching, counseling, or educational administration preferred. Experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
– *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
– *Tech-Savvy:* Familiarity with AI, VR, and AR technologies is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
– *Passion for Education:* A deep understanding of the educational landscape and a passion for improving learning experiences through technology.
