Join our team as a full-time Barber / Hairstylist based in Doha, Qatar. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch grooming services throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, understanding their hair care needs, and delivering excellent hairstyling services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques to meet the diverse preferences of our clientele.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests.
• Collaborate with fellow hairstylists and support staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring utmost satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a hairstylist or in a related customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their preferences.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced salon environment and remain composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure precision in hairstyling.
• Flexibility to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed to meet client demands.
