Job Summary
Le Coiffeur is seeking a motivated Men barber/stylist to manage a new concept 6 chairs mid to high-end barbershop – located in a prominent Mall in Doha. The applicant must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with personnel issues in a fair and equitable manner. The manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the shop including personnel management and scheduling as well as staff development. The manager will also be expected to cut hair, build a clientele and model excellent customer service.
Requirements:
· Barber or Cosmetology Certification from home country or Qatar
· 3 years of verifiable experience
· Excellent men’s haircutting skills
· Men’s shaving/trimming experience required
· Facial and/or other experience is required.
· Great communication skills
· Good computer skills
Salary + Incentives will be provided
Experience: As a Barber, minimum of 3 years.
