Position Overview:
As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of partnerships with educational institutions in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with educational institutions,
including schools, colleges, and universities, to promote collaboration with our Agency.
● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets within the education sector.
● Partnership Building: Cultivate and nurture partnerships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, understanding their needs and aligning them with our Agency’s offerings.
● Market Research: Stay informed about the education landscape in Qatar, identifying trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for partnership.
● Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and discussions with educational institutions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
● Familiarity with the education system in Qatar is a plus.
● Results-driven with a passion for making a positive impact on education.
