We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at our new location, Doha, Qatar. As a Business Development Manager at Burhantec, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our valuable clients, understanding their IT needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
– Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients.
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
– Understand the clients’ business goals, challenges, and IT requirements.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
– Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions to existing clients.
– Create and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
3. IT Solutions Consultation:
– Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose IT solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
– Provide expert guidance and advice on the latest IT trends and innovations.
– Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations.
4. Contract Negotiation and Closing:
– Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring they align with the client’s requirements and our company’s standards.
– Secure signed agreements and deliver high-quality solutions.
5. Market and Industry Knowledge:
– Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
– Use market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
– Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven track record of success in BD/Sales, particularly in the IT services sector.
– Strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and clients.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
