Customer Success Manager job vacancy in Qatar
– Generating and managing client leads to buy and sell a property
– Achieving all Sales targets set by management
– Negotiating between buyers and sellers to facilitate contractual agreements in the best interests of all parties involved.
– Calling prospective clients to list new properties
– Locating and inspecting appropriate properties for sale
– Arranging property viewings and counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
– Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, etc.
-Help build strong client relationships by delivering “best in class” services.
– Providing relevant information to clients and returning calls promptly.
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a real estate consultant preferred.
– Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
– Responsible and ethical.
– Knowledgeable about the property market.
– Strong interpersonal skills.
– Experience in customer service preferred.
