Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate products and technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Generate sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field..).
  • Proven experience 2 years as a Sales Engineer or in technical sales (preferably in steel or construction materials industry).
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic is plus .
