We are excited to announce the opening of a new luxury coffee brand in Qatar, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced F&B and Retail Associates to join our team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a background in the food and beverage or retail industry, and a love for all things coffee, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and prepare beverages to the highest quality standards
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
• Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
• Maintain inventory and replenish supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient atmosphere
• Uphold brand values and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
