CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksite. Supervises cleaners to carry out their work. Inspects the work area cleaned by cleaners. Manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences. Ensures all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use. Plan out work schedule for cleaners. Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards. Sound knowledge of Color coding, cleanings machines, tools &equipment’s chemicals & consumables used in cleaning. Coordinating with other departments such as facilities maintenance to ensure that all cleaning needs are met.
5-10 years of Experience in Specific field and should be fluent in english and secondary school certificate or Diploma in Maintenance
