Hiring Dynamics 365 CE Consultant (Duration: 1 Year extendable) – Doha
Job Description:
Configuring, maintaining, and managing Dynamics 365 CE applications.
Converting user requirements into system/solution requirements
Working with development teams in case of custom development required.
Utilize built-in data entities as well as create new data entities
Utilize existing system capabilities as well as work towards creating custom capabilities.
Maintaining functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Applications.
Supporting D365 CRM applications through maintenance, form/dashboard & workflow customizations, end-user guidance, and level 2/3 production support requests.
Incorporating learnings into future solution design considerations
Working closely within the technology team to shape the technical landscape of the assigned application processes and technology
Regression testing and retesting identified defects as needed
Developing, executing, and verifying test plans and scripts for functional testing based on User Story Acceptance Criteria
Identifying and managing risks with timely reporting and escalation of such risks and issues.
Performing SQL database knowledge and query writing.
Requirements:
Overall IT experience min 10 years.
Experience minimum of 7 years with Dynamics 365.
Industry expertise in health care CRM domain
Demonstrable Program level Solution Architect experience
Relevant Microsoft certifications
