Min 15 yrs exp in the design, construction & quality control of major highway projects & in developing & improving quality systems related to the construction of major projects, quality standards, collection of data on construction projects, calculation of performance measures, preparation of the construction phase projects, Member of a Materials Institute & a certified lead auditor is a must.
