Technical Manager (Engineering) individual to join our dynamic team.
• 15 years’ extensive experience in similar positions in large/ high rise MEP projects.
• Result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, dedicated and committed to his tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills with Subcontractors, contractor and consultant.
• Full knowledge and experience of all local and international standards.
• Full knowledge and experience of all mechanical systems & coordination shop drawings preparations, submissions till final approvals.
• Full knowledge and experience of all mechanical calculations (ESP, Hydraulic ,supports, etc.).
• Preparation, review and finalization of mechanical material submittals till final approval.
• Personal influence, Management & control skills for his team.
• AutoCAD & Revit knowledge.
• Relevant experience in major MEP building projects
• UPDA is mandatory for Engineers.
