Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in using contact center software and CRM systems.
Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
