We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin. This role requires someone who can effectively manage front desk responsibilities while also providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.

– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
– Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations


– Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
