This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist and Admin Assistant position at Darkocean, located in Doha, Qatar. The role encompasses managing the front desk, handling phone communications, performing clerical tasks, assisting with administrative duties, and providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues. The individual will also support daily office operations with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with team members to support office operations.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, colleagues, and other departments.
Handle office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
Qualifications:

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proven clerical and administrative skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
