We are currently seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic specializing in Heavy Vehicles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and repairing Mercedes Benz, MAN, and Actros trucks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with 8-10 years of relevant experience to contribute their expertise to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy vehicles, including Mercedes Benz, MAN, and Actros trucks, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy vehicles, utilizing diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Parts Replacement: Replace worn or faulty parts in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the vehicles.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize specialized tools and equipment to conduct repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work environment and following all relevant safety regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and inspections, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and facilitating effective fleet management.
- Training and Development: Stay updated on new technologies, equipment, and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities, enhancing skills and expertise.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, with a focus on servicing and repairing heavy vehicles, particularly Mercedes Benz, MAN, and Actros trucks.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of Mercedes Benz, MAN, and Actros vehicle systems, components, and diagnostic procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Transferable visa preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
