Administrative Assistant
o Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
o Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
o Preparing weekly/ monthly sales report
 o Monitor all inquiries received via email
 o Keep copies of confidential information, including contracts and company documents
 o All administrative and clerical tasks
 o Assisting Finance for the approval of supplier invoices, POs.etc.
 o Administrative support to their respective team
 o Supporting Sales Account Team for internal production, email correspondence and work flow
 o Work on focus system (Quotation, JO/PO, DR and Invoice)
 o Answer and direct phone calls
 o Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
 o Filing documents and data as per Document Control Procedure
 o Update and maintain office policies and procedures
 o Maintain contact lists
 o Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from sales account team
