Job Summary: The Divisional Manager – Facilities Management will oversee all aspects of facilities management within the division, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with reputable companies, and experience as a profit center head. Local candidates with experience in managing various facilities, including stadiums and buildings, Arabic language will be an added advantage.

Oversee the daily operations of the facilities management division, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the division’s profitability and operational efficiency.
Manage and maintain various facilities, including stadiums, office buildingse.t.c

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
15 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record in reputable companies
