Responsible for coordinating their activities on a day to day basis for the smooth functioning of the company between various departments

He/she is responsible for purchasing activities of the company as well as working according to the budget, listing goods needed, keeping a check on inventory.

Required to work as a link between the manufacturers and the sales team to keep them on the same page regarding projects.

Experience in preparing tenders and quotations is an essential requirement for this post

Experience in preparing purchase orders, invoices, etc. is a must

He/she must get in touch with clients/customers to understand their requirements and then convey these requirements to the project team so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Must maintain important documentation and have a structured and a very well-organized filing approach

Must possess proficient knowledge of using Microsoft Excel

Candidate must have very good communication skills for this post
 
Skills & Experience

– At least 2 years of working experience in the filed

– Holder of Bachelor’s Degree.
