We currently have an opening for the position of “Call Center Manager” with one of our Government based Hospital client
Nationality: Any
Salary Offered: Negotiable
Work Location: Qatar
Mandatory to have the below:
• Minimum 5+ Yrs experience with 4 yrs of Team handling or Duty Manager in Call Center
• Good knowledge in process modeling tools – Advanced MS, Visio and/or MS Project
• Expertise in leading Operations, Team Management, Quality improvement etc.
• Candidate should minimum possess a Graduate Degree
• Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID
Job Description:
· Determine Call center Operational Strategies by conducting need assessments, developing analysis, monitoring performance & establishing control panels to identify improvements.
· Accountable to delegate the staff accurately & to coordinate with other department or outsource companies to facilitate smooth operation & client satisfaction.
