A leading multinational group of companies is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for the IT Technical Support Manager vacancy in Qatar.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• ITIL Service delivery manager qualifications.
• MCSE, CCNA, CCNP is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role, 5 years in Supporting IT infrastructure & service delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure with exceptional communication and reporting skills.
• Technical: Strong experience of Systems, Network & Security Technologies, Telecoms and Video conferencing advanced systems, MS Windows Platforms, Office 365, etc
