• Degree or Diploma in Agricultural or Horticultural
• Minimum 5-year gulf experience in production of outdoor and indoor plants.
• Ability in planning and organizing production schedules.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a nursery, train nursery workers, grow plants, create displays, respond to customer queries, and manage stock levels.
• Should have practical knowledge in handling the production with high standard to meet out local landscaping plants specification.
