Job Description
Elite Escape for Tourism is looking for an energetic and customer-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and ensure a premium experience for clients before, during, and after their trip.
This person must be passionate about travel, skilled in sales and relationship management, and able to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Acquisition
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
• Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored travel packages and experiences.
• Close sales efficiently and achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services (accommodation, activities, upgrades).
2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Manage the entire customer journey — from inquiry and booking to post-trip follow-up.
• Ensure all client requests are handled quickly, professionally, and with attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, bookings, and client feedback using CRM tools.
3. Trip Coordination & Support
• Coordinate with operations, guides, and local partners to confirm itineraries and logistics.
• Follow up with clients before departure to ensure readiness and satisfaction.
• Provide support during trips to ensure smooth experiences and immediate issue resolution.
• Gather feedback after trips to maintain Elite Escape’s quality standards.
4. Brand Representation & Professionalism
• Represent Elite Escape with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions.
• Promote the brand’s image of luxury, adventure, and personalized travel across Africa and beyond.
• Collaborate with marketing to share client stories, testimonials, and success experiences.
5. Reporting & Improvement
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and client satisfaction.
• Track conversion rates and suggest improvements for offers and communication.
• Share feedback from clients to enhance travel packages and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or travel consultancy.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong computer literacy (CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, MS Office).
• Passion for travel, tourism, and adventure.
