We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Clerk Representative. The Office Clerk Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and in-person interactions.
Administrative Support:

Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping:

Input data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital systems.
Maintain organized electronic and paper records for easy retrieval.
Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule appointments and meetings for staff and management.
Coordinate meeting room reservations and set up necessary equipment.
Office Organization:

Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
Monitor and maintain office equipment, including printers and copiers.
Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures is advantageous.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with standard office hours.
