This is a full-time, on-site position for an Enterprise Architect Consultant based in Doha, Qatar. The Enterprise Architect Consultant will play a key role in offering expert advice and guidance for the development and implementation of IT architecture strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the consultant will identify business requirements and deliver tailored solutions to enhance IT architecture. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as improving organizational processes and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in IT architecture development, implementation, and management.
- Expertise in IT frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or DoDAF.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization, and their integration with modern IT architecture design.
- Understanding of database technologies and familiarity with DevOps processes.
- Ability to effectively manage and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a MUST.
- Previous experience in business consulting is a plus.
